Basic Shipment Information

• 1) FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL are used to ship all our packages. The top postal services in the USA, the rest of the World, and the rest of the World will ensure that your order is processed as efficiently as possible.
• 2) Holiday seasons and times of high workload can cause delivery delays.
• 3) From the time we receive your order, the typical shipping period for items in stock is 3–7 business days. (As long as Shipping service providers adhere to their scheduled delivery dates).
• 4) Delivery times can change depending on the ordered goods, and special orders or orders for things that need to be made can take longer.

Unclaimed shipment / Incorrect address

• 1) To offset our shipping and handling costs, unclaimed shipments will be assessed at a fee based on your shipment charge, inclusive of TAX.
• 2) A fresh shipping price will be imposed if the package is sent again.
• 3) In the event of free shipping, the weight/volume of the shipment is used to calculate new shipping charges.
