Return Policy of IT Vision Network
1) Faulty, Defective Products and Wrong Item Delivered
If you buy a product from IT Vision, you have the facility to get a full refund, but you need to take care of a few conditions. The product should be in new condition and have its original packaging. You must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to return a product. This number will allow you to send the item back. Returnable items must follow our guidelines; here are a few key points to remember:
1) You will pay the cost of return shipping in advance, and the shipment will be guaranteed. You will be responsible for any damage to the hardware during shipping. Please note that shipping and storage fees are non-refundable. These costs will not be included in any refund you receive.
2) If your original order is more than $100,000, there is a limit on how much you can return. For this, you can contact our team to confirm the return allowance for such cases.
3) If the product you want to return meets our return policy criteria and has shipped within 30 days of the invoice date, it will be returned to you, and No Restocking Fee will be applied.
4) The restocking fee will be applied to those items that will be returned after 30 days of the invoice date.
5) The restocking fee will be applied to those items that do not meet return policy criteria (e.g., damaged, missing accessories)
6) IT VISION Network Inc. team will carefully check and review your return request and decide the exact charges.
7) A restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not in re-sellable condition or the same condition you received them in. The decision to apply partial ( Half ) and full credit on returnable items will entirely depend on the item's condition and our experts' examination of the product.
8) After the examination, our expert decides if it is non-returnable or returnable. Upon decision, Non-returnable products will not be returned, The above rules do not apply to non-returnable items, But to returnable products, restocking fees will be determined by the experts, upon the proper examination. The product condition will determine the restocking fee.
9) There will be no refunds after 60 days from the purchase date. If you bought our products from another store or a third party, please contact them directly for return orders to make the process smoother.
